Our monthly personalized climbing training programs are designed to help climbers achieve specific goals through customized, evidence-based methods.

These programs are ideal for climbers of all levels and adapt as you progress. Focus area: strength, endurance, resistance, technique, coordination and injury prevention.

1 month personalized climbing program offering includes 2 options:

Option 1 - One-Month Climbing Plan includes: An in-person initial assessment. A personalized program tailored to your needs and goals. One-on-one weekly coaching sessions. Unlimited messaging support.

Option 2 - One-Month Climbing Plan includes: An in-person initial assessment. A personalized program tailored to your needs and goals. Meet your coach for program renewal and reassessment once a month. Unlimited messaging support.

Payment for programs is on a month-to-month basis. If you’d like to renew or continue your program, simply rebook through Jane App.
