Matthew has been through his own fair share of injuries such as an Achilles tendon rupture, which has helped him see from the patient point of view how important it is they have an active role in their rehab and goal setting. A session with Matthew involves hands-on techniques, tailored exercise programs, and education to empower clients in their recovery journey.
